M/Monit can periodically check for updates to itself and Monit. When this feature is active, M/Monit will connect once a day to mmonit.com to check for new releases. If an update is found, a notification will appear on the Dashboard with a link to access it. This automatic check can be toggled on or off in the Settings page at any time.
